Please read the following Guidelines:
Aerial Yoga is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or who has any serious health conditions such as glaucoma, heart disease or recent surgery.
Please do not wear any Jewelry as it can snag the fabric compromising strength and leading to wear and tear.
Please avoid deodorants, lotions and perfumes to keep the silks clean.
It is recommended to wear capri or long yoga pants and a shirt with sleeves to protect your skin from chaffing.
Socks must be worn.
Space is limited, we highly recommend reserving your space early.
