Ayurveda Wellness Counseling

Ayurveda is an alternative approach to health and wellness. It is one of the oldest healing practices and considers the 5 elements as they relate to doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) that can be used to describe times of day, seasons of the year, foods we eat, people's tendencies, and lifestyle habits as well.  

Each one-hour session will include an initial assessment and recommendations for bringing you into a more balanced state that will help to support your overall physical, mental, and emotional health.

Reiki

​

We are all made of energy. When we experience trauma, be it, physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, our energy systems can become blocked and unable to perform at their peak capacity.  

Through Reiki, a unique Japanese healing system, we can realign and balance our energy.  

​

$75/60 minute treatment : Individual Reiki session. 

​

You will want to wear comfortable clothing, but there is no need to undress at any point during treatment. Sessions are held at the studio or distance Reiki is an option if preferable.
