Drala Mountain Center is a six hundred-acre mountain valley surrounded by native forests, gentle meadows and rocky peaks.
During your retreat, enjoy breathtaking views,
three healthy meals a day, daily yoga, & meditation in the Stupa of Dharmakaya. One of the most significant examples of sacred architecture in the world.

Nestled in the serene beauty of the Rocky Mountains, this retreat offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with yourself.
Through a balanced blend of yoga, meditation, mindful reflection, and time in nature, you'll be invited to slow down, restore your energy, and deepen your inner awareness. Whether you're new to these practices or have an established practice of your own, each session is designed to be accessible and supportive. Expect nourishing movement, guided meditation, meaningful connection, delicious meals, peaceful surroundings, and plenty of space to rest, reflect, and simply be. Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and more deeply connected to yourself and the world around you.
Meet Your Teacher- Gracyn Conniff
Gracyn is a 500 hour-ERYT, with over 5 years experience teaching and soaking in everything there is to learn about the ever growing practice of yoga. She first discovered yoga in 2017 after she suffered a knee injury that resulted in surgery. She fell in love with the physical practice, which quickly grew into a spiritual practice, inspiring her to go through her 200 Hour Teacher Training. Since then, yoga has become her entire life. She is now the owner of Sacred Soul and has just launched her second Teacher Training Program. Her passion for yoga has only grown, and she is incredibly grateful to hold these spaces for her community and beyond.

Earth Dorm
Earth is a (non-gendered) rustic cabin dorm with 8 beds. All cabins include electricity and heat, bedding is also provided. Guests make use of gendered bathhouses in a nearby, separate building.

Lodge Single Monk Room
Single rooms in Rigden Lodge are furnished with a full-size bed, desk and closet, and access to a shared same-gender bath.
Rigden Lodge has an outdoor patio that features tranquil sitting areas for taking in the surrounding views.

Transportation Guide/Options
Driving -You can drive if you would like a road trip. I recommend taking the New Mexico route through the Raton Pass.
Best DIA Transportation Method -If you’re traveling to Drala Mountain Center on your own, the best and most affordable option is to take the Groome Shuttle from Denver International Airport (DIA) to the Harmony Road Transit Center in Fort Collins. The cost is just $29 per person, and from there, you can easily take an Uber or Lyft directly to DMC. This route offers the most convenient and budget-friendly way to get here on your own. The Groome Shuttle does not typically take on-the-day bookings, so please try to schedule in advance.
Rideshare Platforms-
If you prefer to arrange your own transportation, here are some general price ranges for booking an Uber or Lyft to Drala Mountain Center. Prices may vary depending on your pickup location, time of day, and demand.
Uber (one way):
• Denver → DMC: $100 – $230
• Boulder → DMC: $150 – $200
• Fort Collins → DMC: $60 – $100
Lyft (one way):
• Denver → DMC: $165 – $545 (highly unlikely to book something. We recommend getting a ride to Fort Collins and then to DMC).
• Boulder → DMC: $145 – $480
• Fort Collins → DMC: $51 – $100
