Chakra Meditation with Essential Oils

Saturday, March 23rd



Join us for a guided Chakra Meditation. We will rest in a different yoga pose for each of the 7 Chakras. While there, we will go through a meditation and also use essential oils to gently stimulate the flow of energy to the specific chakra. Get detailed information on the seven chakras and how they affect our personal experiences with ourselves and with others. Learn more about essential oils and how we can use them to benefit our health and wellness.

Cobwebs in the corners, the pile of books that has been gathering dust, dust bunnies under the couch…. We all have little pieces in our lives and our bodies that we have pushed to the corner of our awareness in order to utilize our energy to execute higher priorities. During our time together, we will be shedding light on any worn out and dusty patterns in our body/behavior and forge a path upward and outward into a brighter living. How do we do this?

1) Intentional breathing rhythms designed to facilitate awareness in specific parts of the body that hold tension. Once identified, we can engage and enhance the ability to transition through life freely and intentionally with the tool of breath, as well as moving with the breath to relieve that tension, enliven these areas with the vibrancy of YOU, and truly embrace your wholeness. 

2) Dr. Emily Rose will further the embedding of these evolutions through body work that empowers every cell in your body to live the Shine of your purest Self. This phase of our time together will be enveloped in a soothing south bath to entrain with a higher frequency. 

3) An extended guided meditation, or yoga nidra, which sequentially brings awareness to different parts of the body and in turn lights up associated parts of the brain.

After our time together, you will leave with readily accessible (body based) tools for empowering yourself, tuning into an internal locus of freedom, cutting through the monkey mind and closing the gap between what is and what could be.
