When vata (air and space elements) dosha is out of balance we feel distracted, unstable and ungrounded. In this class we will learn how to use Ayurveda to balance and bring in opposite qualities that help to calm and create a sense of groundedness. During this 90min class we will have 30min lecture and 60min practice. Yoga teachers get CEUs for this class as well.

Join us for a calming workshop that blends watercolor painting with guided meditation, inviting you to relax, connect inward, and express your creativity with ease and flow.

Gather in sisterhood as we journey through Women Who Run With the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. We will read through chapter 8 and meet on the third Thursday of September, exploring its wisdom, stories, and the wild woman within.

Bask in the energy of the full moon with a restorative practice and soothing sound bath, designed to release, renew, and realign.
