Meet Our Amazing Teachers!

Gracyn Conniff
As the owner of Sacred Soul Yoga Studio, Gracyn is passionate about teaching and learning everything that there is to know about yoga. She strives to grow in her own practice every single day so that she can grow as a teacher and provide her community with the tools that they need to grow in their own daily yoga practice. Gracyn received her 200 hour certificate in 2021 and her 300 hour certificate in 2025, with the lifelong goal of learning about health and wellness. She is dedicated to holding space for her community to nurture connection and a feeling of safety and security within each yoga class. Gracyn uses hands-on corrections and adjustments to ensure the safety of each student in every pose, without singling anyone out. She believes that yoga is much more than the asana poses, and she takes any opportunity to teach her students about the philosophy, ethics, and spiritual practices of yoga.

Margie Watson
Rooted in a lifelong devotion to teaching and learning, my journey began as a high
school educator and evolved into a deep calling to yoga as a path of connection and
self-inquiry. For more than a decade, I’ve been honored to guide students through
practices that honor the breath, the body, and the wisdom within. I hold a 200-hour
certification from LifePower Yoga and a 300-hour certification from Yoga Forte, and my
teaching is shaped by presence, intention, and compassion. I seek to create sacred,
inclusive spaces where students can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with their
truest selves—on the mat and beyond.

Tarka Sullivan
My personal yoga journey started about 23yrs ago and then in 2018 I started teaching and learning more about Ayurveda as well.
I am now a Wellness Counselor, Reiki practitioner and love teaching gentle, hatha, yin and restorative yoga.
Yoga brings such awareness to the many layers of our body, mind and emotions that there is always something new to explore and experience.

Lori Matheny
Lori is a high school counselor, mom, dog lover, and traveler who believes deeply in the healing power of connection. Yin yoga is her heart's work. She gently guides students to unite body, mind, and soul through breath, intention, and mindful presence.
Through stillness and surrender, Lori creates nurturing yin experiences that invite students to slow down, listen inward, and soften into the present moment. Her classes cultivate awareness, balance, and meaningful connection - both within and in community.

Hisayo Johnson
Hisayo is a dedicated yoga instructor who guides students to connect deeply with their breath and the sensations within their bodies throughout each class. Whether leading a deep stretch session or an energizing power flow, she encourages students to cultivate a focused, steady mind. Hisayo creates a supportive and mindful space where movement and breath come together, helping each student build strength, awareness, and inner balance.

Kati Hibjan
From Architect to Life Coach, from practicing Yoga for self-healing to sharing wisdom of Yoga as a Teacher, Kati's practice is based on her own experience practicing yoga and sharing the joy, peace, and transformation she has found through movement, breath, and stillness. Her practices focus on regulating movement through breath to revitalize self-awareness, returning the body to its original state of well-being and to a balanced state of mind.

Ester Danieli
Ester started practicing yoga 17 years ago, and got her yoga training through the Yoga and Ayurvedic Center in 2020. Ester has taught at various yoga studios since, and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She believes that yoga is for everyone- no matter what age, how far along in pregnancy, or which injury they need to work around. Ester keeps her classes multi leveled, offering different options for each pose. She focuses on alignment, breath techniques, and aligning movement to breath in order to achieve better balance, strength and flexibility. Everyone is welcome! Outside of Ester's passion for yoga, she enjoys singing and playing the guitar, making jewelry, and spending time outdoors with her better half, two children, and fur babies, either hiking, kayaking, fishing, or cycling.
